We are looking for an outgoing and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! We are a successful HVAC and Plumbing service company with over 30 years’ experience in Marin and Sonoma counties. Our team is cohesive and friendly. We do it all - plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, water heaters, tankless specialists, leak detection, furnaces, air conditioning, ventilation, ducting, radiant heating and boilers.
We are open from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday. We offer a supportive and relaxed working environment with competitive pay and great benefits.
Duties include the following tasks:
Taking incoming calls to schedule services, requests, or estimates
Entering call information into ServiceTitan
Providing adequate job information for the Technicians being dispatched
Verify availability and the correct person for the job with Dispatch before committing to a schedule
Outbound calling to confirming appointments, maintenances, and leads
Customer complaints (initially will be handled by the Dispatcher)
Reply promptly to customer inquiries for scheduling work and estimate appointment requests
General office duties will be allocated which will include taking payments, updating operations manuals, phone lists, vendor lists and administrative projects
Assist with booking final inspections
Input information for rebate and energy inspections
Working Saturday shift on a rotating basis with other Customer Service Reps
The right person for the job must be fluent in English, type a minimum of 40 words per minute, and have a current background in customer service (preferably in the plumbing or HVAC service industry). Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Compensation: Hourly depending on experience ($22 - $25 per hour D.O.E. )
