Blue Waters Kayaking is the oldest and only full-service kayak & stand-up paddleboard outfitter with two locations on Tomales Bay. Our office headquarters is located in the idyllic small town of Point Reyes Station. We are looking for dedicated team members to join our family for our upcoming season. Our ideal candidate is friendly & upbeat with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
Qualifications/Duties:
Works well independently and as a team
Good attention to detail and competent with clerical duties
Good working knowledge of computers
Ability to handle a high volume of calls & emails while delivering excellent customer service
Multi-tasking and organizational skills
Assist customers with the reservation process
Assist with sales and outreach
Availability to work weekends and holidays as these tend to be our busiest times
Reliable transportation necessary
Interest and/or experience in the adventure industry is a plus, as is a love of nature and the outdoors
Have some general knowledge of the Point Reyes area or willingness to learn.
Full and part-time positions are available from April through November
