Good day,

We are a fitness accessories company that focuses on manufacturing & selling fitness scales and even some basic workout equipment through multiple online sales channels. Our main office is conveniently located in the industrial area in Carpinteria, CA.

We believe in helping our clients who are trying to live a healthier life by providing them with quality products that they can rely on and excellent customer service that they will remember us by.

We are looking to add a new Office & Warehouse Assistant to work closely with our local and virtual teams.

As an Office & Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for multiple critical tasks including;

- Customer support: Work directly with customers to solve their concerns via chat, email, and phone.

- Managing inventory levels: Work with our warehouse manager to ensure that the stock matches our physical count.

- Printing shipment labels: Become familiar with our online marketplaces and provide shipping labels to our warehouse manager.

- Arranging incoming and outgoing shipments: daily orders and FBA shipment (Palletize)

- Arrange pick-ups and deliveries and communicate shipment details to our warehouse manager.

- Processing of Returns

Special emphasis will be placed on your ability to provide customers with an excellent white-glove satisfactory experience via email, chat & phone support. Our team has always been extremely customer service-oriented, and this is what has allowed our company to grow and continue growing at a rapid pace.

Ideally, you possess the following skills;

- Highly organized (detail-oriented)

- Great communication

- Excellent English & grammar (written & verbal)

- Computer literate (PC)

- Logical problem solver

- Email correspondence

- Physically Fit

A positive mental attitude with the willingness to research, learn &improve along the way would be a great foundation for working with us in this position.

This position is for someone looking to work full-time for multiple years and grow within our company by learning new skills and adding value to their work by applying the new skills learned along the way.
