The Montesano Group office is looking for a motivated individual who can work in a fast paced environment. The office administrator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing administrative duties in the office, and ensuring that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.
Responsibilities for Office Administrator includes but is not limited to:
● Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
● Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
● Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, update calendar, inform all establishments on Basecamp when the office is closed or any other necessary updates
● Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
● Assist with office planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
● Manage office budget - when ordering supplies and accessories - Check with Accounting Lead to know where the office stands financially if ever in question for big purchases
● Provide other administrative support as necessary to any of our four restaurants
● Contacting property management for damages or outside resources to fix any technical problems
● Updating websites for each restaurant on Squarespace
● Editing pre-existing menus for other restaurants ( depending on skillset )
● May include simple accounting tasks as needed
Montesano Group is the main office for multiple restaurants, properties, and a clothing store. The office operates effectively and efficiently catering to the needs of all units on a daily basis.
