Purple Painting is looking to hire an Office Coordinator to assist with daily management of company operations. This includes but is not limited to:
Office operations:
Run social media accounts – Instagram, Facebook (includes maintaining company website)
Tracking employee time cards and payroll
Assist with employee schedule
Preparing and sending invoices – client payment collections
Filling out and submitting vendor packets
General bookkeeping (paying bills, reconciling bank accounts, etc.)
Assist owners in preparing estimates/proposals
Attend job walks with company owners - assist in project scoping and pricing
Maintain employee records
Assist with development and enforcement of company policies
Shopping for and securing insurance policies (liability, work comp, auto, etc.)
Assist with company equipment and vehicle maintenance
Assist with hiring and onboard new employees
Assist with inventory management and material purchasing
Maintain a clean, organized office space
Job requirements:
Driver’s license and clean record for last 4 years
Experience in contracting field strongly encouraged – does not have to be painting-specific
Experience with project management strongly encouraged
Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) – strongly recommended
Desire to learn and help the company grow
Quickbooks experience preferred
Microsoft Office experience
Basic Excel proficiency preferred
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate across all company employees
