Position Overview:
An experienced and driven Office Manager is needed to round out the Heeluxe team. As the backbone of our office operations, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day activities. Your oversight of the business financials, management of (human) testers, organization of inventory, and integration with the research team are instrumental in maintaining our energetic and fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and recruiting testers for studies, managing testing schedules
Support accounting and finance activities, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive and comfortable work environment
Oversee shipments and inventory management
Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, management, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in office management or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
1+ years experience with Quickbooks
Passion for footwear and the sports industry is a bonus
