Part time office assistant (25 hours per week, M-F, 8:30am - 1:30pm) for small construction company. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Quickbooks. Duties include: time card entries, payroll submission, check register reconciliation, data entry, invoicing, preparation of proposals and positive client relations. We are looking for someone who is friendly and has good communication skills. Other important capabilities: organized, dependable, pays attention to detail, capable of working independently and willing to learn.
