The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to customer inquiries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls
Schedule appointments and update calendars
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with office software
Experience with social media platforms is a plus
