Craig Roof Company has an immediate opening for an Administrative Accounting Assistant for a long-term/hopefully permanent position. Are you a warm and friendly person who is organized, efficient, and able to multi-task and process information accurately? If so, please apply.
Experience with payroll processing is ideal, but we will train someone who has 5 years or more of administrative and general accounting (AR, AP) experience in an office setting. You must have experience answering the phone and greeting clients. Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor is a plus, but not required.
You must be able to pass a drug and criminal background check.
Some of the main duties include:
Answering phones, taking messages, and recording client contact/job information
Greeting and helping visitors/vendors/deliveries that come in
Processing weekly payroll and certified payroll reporting
Manage and track new job contract paperwork and insurance certs
Process AP invoices
Maintain all office supplies
Filing, storage of files, (able to lift up to 25lbs)
Hours are 8 am to 3 pm, Monday – Friday / You must currently live in Santa Barbara area.
