Duties/Responsibilities:
● Schedule clients and monitor clinic schedule.
● Communicate appointments and inform of any schedule changes or conflicts.
● Receive phone calls, texts, respond to emails and answer client questions.
● Schedule and collect payment from clients for services offered.
● Manage schedules and appointments for staff members.
● Scan, file, and keep well-organized patient files.
● Submit claims to insurance and research coverage eligibility when requested by potential new patients.
● Notify patients of results and denials of insurance billing.
● Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
● Aid in client retention and outreach.
● Assist with the School of Neurotherapy and NeuroField Inc.’s events and trainings.
● Assist with office duties such as filing client folders, restocking supplies and washing dishes.
● Help keep the office as a whole clean and orderly; including the kitchen, bathrooms, front desk, and lobbies.
● Support the Opening-Closing procedures when needed.
● Contribute to a positive work environment through cooperative and professional interactions with co-workers, clients and vendors.
● Performs other related duties as assigned.

Must be able to articulate the company's products and services while projecting expertise and confidence to potential clients
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates degree in related field preferred.
At least 1 year of administrative and clerical experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to walk and move around the facility frequently.
