Seeking a sharp, reliable Office Administrator to run day-to-day office operations and support production scheduling for a busy roofing company.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, schedule appointments, handle correspondence
Coordinate project kick-offs; support ongoing project scheduling
Update CRM with client and project data
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and Google Workspace documents
Process invoicing/payments and contracts via QuickBooks & DocuSign
Keep communication tight between field crews and management
Requirements
QuickBooks, DocuSign, Excel, Google Workspace proficiency
CRM experience
Strong phone and scheduling skills
Excellent computer literacy
Self-motivated, organized, strong communicator
Construction/Roofing office experience preferred
