Job Description:
The role of the "Administrative Assistant" is to act as a liaison between the Customer, Sales Team, and the Installation Technicians.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Route and Schedule all jobs to maximize drive time efficiency.
Verify product/service requested, customer availability and lead generation.
Set expectations with the homeowner on first-day procedures.
Place customer information into company software.
Collect deposits from all starting jobs.
Fill out invoices and rebate forms / Schedule installations and service calls.
Job Type: Part time to Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week.
