Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at a dynamic screen printing and embroidery shop. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our operations by handling a wide range of administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries and requests.

Order Management: Assist in processing orders, maintaining order logs, checking in garment blanks, and coordinating with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for office supplies and production materials.

Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings, and assist with scheduling production timelines to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery of orders.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, orders, and inventory. Enter data into the company's database and generate reports as required.

Office Organization: Keep the office environment tidy and organized, including maintaining filing systems and ensuring office equipment is in good working order.

Communication: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure effective communication and smooth business operations.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed, including preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with screen printing and embroidery processes is a plus.
