Responsibilities:
Production Schedules and all associated paperwork.
Maintain Inventory System - Assure that all purchase orders are received and accurately updated.
Based on schedules have screens ordered and received before needed per process guidelines.
Verify schedule and prepare daily manifests for delivery, installation, and service crews.
Review prior day’s manifests and reschedule any incomplete items with a sense of urgency.
Measure and communicate with the factory any issues regarding the quality and completeness of orders.
Monitor projects to make sure that hack outs are being ordered at least 2 weeks before house walk dates.
Assure that purchase orders are received for all extra work.
Distribute daily billing reports to accounting department by location.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Proficient with computer, especially spreadsheets
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Organized and diligent to meet customer deadlines.
Detail oriented.
