We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Showroom Representative at our landscape supply yard. This position will involve assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Representing Circle M with professional communication and treating our customers courteously and respectfully.
Enters orders into accounting and web-based software.
Proactively manages order collection using various methods such as phone, email, and web-based applications.
Scheduling customers deliveries and communicating with delivery drivers.
Invoicing and payment collection.
Responsible for building relationships and rapport with customers.
Consistently role model our Core Values.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Must be highly organized with strong ability to multi-task.
Able to assess competing demands and determine appropriate direction.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment.
Previous experience in industry preferred but not required.
Work weekend shifts.
