This is a multi-faceted position with the primary focus being bookkeeping for a small Surveying Company.
Responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
Customer and Vendor invoices entry and timely payment/billing generated.
Bi-weekly payroll (submitted to a payroll company)
Record deposits and expenditures with accuracy.
Create monthly/quarterly/annual statements such as P&L, Balance Sheets, Sales Reports.
Reconciliation of bank checking accounts, line of credit, loans, money markets and credit card statements.
Must be able to work closely with Clients and Vendors to resolve any/all Vendor or Client invoicing issues.
Must have QuickBooks online knowledge.
This position is also responsible for some Human Resources functions such as on-boarding new employees and managing employee benefits but there are no staff management duties.
You will also be responsible for ordering supplies as needed.
