Bookkeeper/Office Manager
-Full time position or Part time- 4 day work week
-Paid well depending on experience
- Must be skilled in:
-Proficient in QuickBooks Online (required)
-Microsoft Office: Excel Spreadsheets, word, docs, etc.
-Business taxes such as: Payroll, Monthly B&O, Quarterly and Annual
-Accounts Payable & receivable
-Organizing files
-Answering phone calls and emails
-Efficient typing skills
-Strong communication skills and professionalism with client interactions
-Highly organized, and detail-oriented is a must
