Small family owned business is looking to hire office support staff that works directly with the owners. This position is part time and hours are reduced between November - March. Pay depends on experience. 8am -12pm Monday - Thursday. This is an in person position that requires answering the phone and 1+ years of QuickBooks experience in payables, bookkeeping, or small business management.
Responsibilities include, collect mail, make bank deposits, enter accounts payable, enter credit card charges, reconciliation of checking, savings and credit cards, renew equipment tabs, renew business licenses and certifications, preparing bids and contracts, ensuring sub-contractors’ insurance is compliant, receiving payments from customers.
