Job Title: Part-Time Cemetery Administrator
Location: Spokane, WA
Schedule: Up to 25 hours/week
About the Role:
Fairmount Memorial Association is seeking a reliable and compassionate Part-Time Cemetery Administrator to support our cemetery operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a heart for serving families during difficult times.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and assist with phone and in-person inquiries
Process interment orders, burial records, and lot ownership information
Coordinate scheduling with grounds crew and funeral homes
Track and manage merchandise orders (markers, benches, etc.)
Provide administrative support to sales and cemetery staff
Requirements:
5+ years of office administration experience
Strong computer and communication skills
High attention to detail and customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Notary Public preferred (not required)
