Seeking Office Administrator for Property Management / Construction company. This position is 25-30 hours per week and is primarily performed from home. Required duties include but are not limited to:
Answer customer calls and respond to needs accordingly
Filing
Manage company schedule and crew dispatch
Source parts/materials as needed
Source subcontractors as needed
Invoicing and credit card tracking in Quickbooks
Experience with Quickbooks required. Construction experience helpful.
