Mitigation Manager needed:
ServiceMaster by Compass is excited to be offering a full-time position of Water Mitigation Manger. A successful candidate will have a “can-do leadership” attitude and be able to build a successful team. IICRC certifications helpful, but not required with the right leader.
As the Water Mitigation Manager, you will be responsible for the following (not all inclusive):
Scheduling and dispatching crews
Scoping new losses and developing mitigation plans
Manage and monitor crew members success
Accountable for proper paperwork and job documentation
Facilitate training and best practices for all crew members
Maintaining supply inventory and equipment
Maintaining vehicle and equipment condition
Job inspections and crew reviews
Overall success of Water Mitigation Division
Compensation package will include a salary depending on experience, retirement plan, health benefits, bonus program, paid time off and most importantly, a company with integrity and family first mentality.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
