This role requires a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and accessories, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their technology requirements and preferences.
Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs.
Assist customers with product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product releases.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a technology or computer store.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and accessories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Enthusiastic about staying informed on the latest technology trends.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in computer science or related fields is a plus.
