Looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our small team. Meadow was established in 2009 and has since acquired a reputation for providing excellent customer service and a personalized experience. We specialize in cute, affordable women's clothing gifts and accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and an ability to make customers feel welcome. You will help identify shoppers needs, answer questions about our products and services and help our customers find what makes them feel their best. Must have a positive attitude and confidence working with the public of all ages. We want all our customers to leave our store satisfied and looking forward to returning.
This a long term position that requires a minimum 1 year commitment.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome customers
-Provide information about products sold in the store
-Answer customers questions about specific products
-Cross-sell products and make suggestions
-Ensure racks are fully stocked and straigtened
-Manage returns of merchandise
-Coordinate with other team members
-Inform customers about future product arrivals and social media platforms
-Provide customer feedback to owner
-Stay up-to-date with new products
Skills:
-Strong retail experience, Sales Associate or similar role
-Understanding of retail sales
-Familiarity with customer needs
-Knowledge of restocking procedures
-Basic math skills
-Strong communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
-Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
-Flexibility to work one weekend day
-Interest in clothing/fashion
-Reliable long term work history
