Strong, on-site Resident Manager/ Team needed for two 1920’s brick properties (45 units total) in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Buildings are located one block from each other. Position requires an average of 20-30 hours per week (work load varies day-to-day). Must have flexible schedule, be organized, have excellent people skills, and be self-motivated.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to, maintaining the interior and exterior of the property, scheduling contractors/ acquiring bids, collecting and depositing rents, preparing and leasing units, completing paperwork, and maintaining tenant relations.
Compensation: $2800/month; plus $30/ month phone credit
($500/month salary and $2300/month rent credit on a large one-bedroom unit – includes water/sewer/garbage, 1 garage parking space, and 1 storage space)
Start date: April/ May 2024
