Strong, on-site Resident Manager/ Team needed for a 39-unit apartment building in Bellevue, WA. Position requires an average of 25-30 hours per week (work load varies day-to-day). Must have flexible schedule, be organized, have excellent people skills, and be self-motivated.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to, maintaining the interior and exterior of the property, scheduling contractors/ acquiring bids, collecting rents, preparing and leasing units, completing paperwork, and maintaining tenant relations.
Compensation: $3345/ month ($2845 rent compensation on a 2 bedroom/ 1.75 bath apartment with 1 garage parking space, and $500 monthly salary) plus a $30/ month phone credit
