On site Manager / Maintenance person and or team of two people to Manage a South King County apartment building.
Manager has a choice of 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment.
Salary $3000.00-$3300.00 a month
We are looking for applicants with a minimum of two years management and maintenance experience, and interested in a long term employment relationship.
Must be self motivated and excellent with time management
Responsible for maintaining a positive living experience for the tenants and professional attitude
Responsibilities to include but not limited to
:Maintain grounds and common areas daily
:Blowing parking lot and hallways, landscaping, raking leaves, planting flower beds
:Answering phone calls and providing emergency service 24 hours a day
:Showing vacant apartments
:Annual inspections
:Cleaning vacant units
:Rent collection and deposit funds when needed
:Familiar with leases, move in and out condition reports, tenant notices, PTE and landlord tenant laws
:Must be knowledgeable with apartment maintenance and turn over of vacant units in a timely manner, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical skills, appliance repair
