Property Manager Overseeing daily operations, adverting vacant units
schedule and show empty units, making sure all empty units are make ready and ready to show and rent.
general office duties like ( rent collections, doing bank deposited, annual unit and property inspections, move in and move out inspections and walk throws, post notices on doors and mail out notices, work with our local legal team with legal matters and evictions, emailing weekly reports to our main office and experience with Yardi Voyager System, Keep up regular property repairs and maintenance requests from residents, collecting rents, deposits and other fees and managing the related account, work with vendors and also making sure that your maintenance guy is closing turns on a timely matter being on call when emergencies accrue, great communication skills and customer service a MUST
Maintenance Tech- Must Have STRONG apt turn over experience along with ability to perform day to day repairs for the community.
have basic carpentry, wall repair and plumbing skills, maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, must be able to take directions and be a self starter, relate professionally with residents, vendors and other employees, have a drivers Lic and insurance in the state of WA. please contact us for further details.
