Hiring an experienced handyperson or apartment maintenance tech. We manage individual homes, apartment buildings and some commercial buildings. Our staff is great to work with and we are family owned. We only work M-F, no after hours and or emergency calls. A company truck is provided to be used during work hours. Qualifications:
Rental Maintenance technician skills required to turn apartments.
Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
Great written and verbal skills
Must have valid driver's license
Experience:
2 years minimum Experience as handyperson or in apartment maintenance
