Summary of Position

We are looking for a Community Manager for a 112 units apartment complex in Des Moines. You will be responsible for the following:

- Work with leasing agent to manage incoming prospect or current resident inquiries

- Vacant unit showings and manage application process

- Enforce terms of rental agreements and community regulations to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

- Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition. Exterior and interior inspections of the community on an on-going basis.

- Triage and respond to maintenance requests; manage work orders and purchase orders

- Preparing monthly reports and maintaining accurate records

Requirements

- Disciplined self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills

- Well-organized & responsible

- Strong customer service skills

- Must have a vehicle and valid driver license

- General computer knowledge including Google Suite

- Must undergo a background check

- Office hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-5:00pm

- 3+ years working experience

Preferred

- Live on-site but not a requirement

- Property management/ Appfolio experience

- Bilingual (Spanish)

Compensation & Benefits

- Full-time

- $45-47k annual salary
