We are recruiting for our 30-40 hour a week Estimating Assistant position at our office in Monroe, WA. Comprehensive benefits package includes Medical and Dental Insurance, 3% Simple IRA Matching, Vacation, Holiday and Sick Time.
Applicant must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position requires great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Preferred that person live within a 30 minute commute to Monroe. This is an in-person position. Spanish speaking a plus!
Exceptional clerical skills a must with competent knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Responsibilities:
In-house square footage take-offs and plant counts.
Dealing with a variety of office tasks as they arise.
Effectively communicating with estimators, foreman, landscape architects and subcontractors.
Answering and transferring phone calls as needed. Emailing and phoning vendors to get quotes.
Supporting project managers and projects underway.
Ideal Attributes:

Experience with Bluebeam or Procore a plus.
