Legal Assistant
Active personal injury law firm is seeing a full-time litigation paralegal with a minimum of one year of experience to add to its team.
Duties include supporting two litigation attorneys with all aspects of litigation from the drafting of pleadings, answering discovery, scheduling, interacting with clients and trial preparation.
Candidates who thrive in this position will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent communication, problem solving, independent thinking, and multi-taking skills. The candidate will also be able to juggle multiple ongoing cases throughout the lifecycle of litigation. Competitive candidates will have knowledge of the civil and local civil rules, court systems/protocols, and a personal injury background.
