Join our small team protecting workers and their families from unfair treatment by employers and the state. We get to work with people from all walks of life who work in any and all settings you can imagine: roofers, florists, chemists, nurses, drivers, equipment operators, teachers, cashiers, pilots, and our front line/first responders and the list goes on Helping injured workers access medical treatment, wage benefits, retraining, etc. to return successfully to work is what we do. Ours is a dynamic, quick-moving environment and our days fly by. You need to operate a multi-line phone system (we'll train this) and communicate clearly with callers and office visitors; you must be able to write and analyze written materials and correspondence upon hire, but we'll make you better. We spend a lot of time diving into both medicine and law so you should be very curious about these subjects and highlight any experience you have in these areas when you apply. Microsoft operating systems exclusively utilized and you must be comfortable in that setting.
This is a full-time job in Seattle, Washington, and we are open between 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. No remote work; no overtime; no weekends. Generous PTO; parking or monthly transportation included; continuing education and professional memberships provided; very competitive starting wages. Health insurance available after probationary period.
