Catering Prep Chef/Cook
We are looking for an experienced food prep chef /cook. You will be working with the Chef to inspect dishes before they leave for events ensuring high quality and contentment.
Looking for someone that loves what they do.
Responsibilities
Food preparation process and any other relative activities
Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
Assembling beautiful platters and having a creative eye to make all dishes look amazing
Able to be flexible with hours based on event times
Positive attitude
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
Skills
Proven experience as a prep chef/batch cooking
Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
Outstanding communication skills
Credentials in health and safety training
Job Type: Part Time -Full Time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour to start Plus tips
