Are you passionate about maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and ensuring the satisfaction of all members? We're looking for a dedicated Women’s Locker Room Attendant to join our team! This Full-Time, 40 hours a week position offers full benefits, with the opportunity to play a key role in the daily operations of our Historic Clubhouse.
As the Women’s Locker Room Attendant, you’ll take ownership of the women’s locker room and work alongside an experienced Facilities Maintenance team to ensure the entire clubhouse operates smoothly. This role requires a motivated individual who is proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the Women’s Locker Room and clubhouse cleanliness, ensuring everything is organized and fully stocked.
Assist with various duties to support the overall flow of clubhouse operations.
Work closely with the Facilities Maintenance team on seasonal projects, inventories, repairs, and upkeep.
Provide outstanding service to members during the busy Spring to Fall months, focusing on their comfort and satisfaction.
During winter months, focus on deep cleaning, inventory management, and minor repairs.
Assist with additional clubhouse needs as required, ensuring seamless operation year-round.
Job Requirements:
Must be female.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from all walks of life.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to clean, re-lace shoes, and replace cleats on golf shoes.
Ability to work well within a team setting and collaborate with others.
Must be able to safely lift up to 40 pounds.
Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Clean criminal background and drug-free. Must be able to pass a drug test if/when requested.
