Amelia Wynn Bistro is seeking an experienced line cook (lunch) and prep cook (spring/summer seasonal with potential for full-time post-season)!
We are a small, upscale restaurant with a locally sourced menu. We are looking for cooks with experience, however, our restaurant is a great spot for someone with entry-level culinary training to learn and grow with a professional team. Openings are available for those familiar with prep, pantry, salads, desserts, grill, and saute. Familiarity with Classic and New American cuisine is a plus, however we focus on education and cross-training for those interested in expanding their culinary knowledge.
Full time and part time positions are available. Entry pay is $18/hour, plus a share of the tip pool to Back of House (BOH). Applicants with more experience may qualify for a higher opening wage. Our cooks can make on average upwards of $22+/hr depending on the season. Some brunch experience is a huge plus!
We are currently open for lunch and dinner, Wednesday-Sunday. Morning prep shifts are typically weekdays from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Dinner shifts can be 2 p.m. until close. Potential Sunday Brunch shifts are scheduled 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Shift meals are provided to both FOH and BOH staff!
