About the Role:
You will be the face of our client-driven, low-volume, business-to-business customer service. Join a well-recognized solutions provider serving pharmaceutical, biotech, R&D, and industrial organizations. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and technical professionals, contributing to our growth from 25 to 100 people in Marysville!

Competitive starting pay: $48,000 ($23/hr.) to $54,200 ($26/hr.) per year DOE.

Your Qualifications:
Excellent client service skills.
Solution mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning skills.
Well-developed computer skills; experience with ERP or NetSuite is a plus.
Stable work history with a desire for a long-term commitment.
Upbeat, positive attitude with a team mentality.
Non-tobacco user.
Ability to work on-site, M-F, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
