We are seeking an experienced customer service representative with excellent communication skills. You will be the front line of communication between our client and their valued customers. Your responsibilities include answering inquiries promptly, maintaining product knowledge, updating their computer system with notes regarding your customer calls and providing efficient support to ensure client satisfaction. This is a temp to permanent position with a national company with great culture and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, calls, and emails to address their needs.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients.

Clearly and concisely communicate through email and verbal interactions.

Process daily order entries, check order status, and provide product information and pricing.

Handle credits, return authorizations, factory chargebacks, and order changes or cancellations.

Monitor and track shipments, initiate freight claims, and coordinate truck deliveries.

Maintain the showroom, update product displays, prepare for events, and ensure it is well-stocked and organized.

Maintain accurate records, including document filing and literature room inventory.

Keep track of stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Provide excellent customer service and issue resolution, ensuring that key information is properly documented.

Communicate professionally with vendors, distribution centers, and designers through email and phone interactions.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.

Attention to Detail and strong organizational skills.

Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as necessary.

Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Three to six months of related experience and/or training preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent will also be considered
