Location: Seattle, WA

Employment Type: Full-time, Regular

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly

Compensation: $23-$25

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our team, streamline customer interactions, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. What You’ll Do As Our Customer Service Specialist: You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll collaborate with various departments to provide accurate information and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about our services.

Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Assist customers with scheduling services and assisting in managing estimators' appointments.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Gather customer feedback and provide information toward improving our customer experience.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery and address any service-related issues.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

2+ years of experience in a customer service role.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and supporting team members.

Knowledge of call routing and dispatch processes is a plus.
