Established State Farm agency is seeking an individual to join our team! Looking for someone that is outgoing, dependable and career-oriented! As a State Farm team member for Dan McClung - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. This is a Service position with Sales.
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, assist team members and market appropriate products and services.
Call on customers and make appointments
Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
Make daily calls of Internet Leads

Requirements
Sales experience preferred but not required.

Position is Full time position, possibly less if needed, In office-not remote. Office hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday, no weekends. No Medical insurance offered at this time.
