JOIN THE INSURANCE SERVICE TEAM!As an Insurance Customer Service Agent at AAA Washington, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, insurance partner and sales and retention support for personal line accounts to our insureds throughout Washington and Northern Idaho. If you enjoy making connections with people and care about protecting others, please apply for this role!QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years' experience in customer service field Active WA State Property & Casualty Insurance license, or obtained within 60 days of start date.WHAT YOU'LL DO Assist customers with questions on their policies, coverage provided, policy billing and billing issues. Responsible for processing changes to existing policies in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues. Identify situations in which to refer an existing or potential client to an agent.
