The Best Western Plus University Inn is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager/Chief
Engineer to join the management team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and manage the Maintenance personnel and department
Repair and maintain hotel property and fixtures to maintain the high standard of excellence we
strive to meet.
(Areas maintained include but not limited to: mechanical, electrical, plumbing,
refrigeration items, as well as pool/hot tub/sauna, communication systems, safety and
fire control systems and grounds/landscaping)
Must be able to work well with others in a diverse working environment.
Must have flexible availability in scheduling to include weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand for 8 hour shift. Must be able to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of
weight.
Position requires bending, reaching, and kneeling to perform duties.

Organizational Ability
Previous hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
Certifications in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical preferred.
