NOW HIRING FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER OR ASSISTANT MANAGER
We’re searching for an experienced, responsible, detail-oriented individual with a passion for community & hospitality to help us manage Lodgepole. This position is intended to work alongside Owners Melissa & Alex Barham with the intent of being promoted to Front of House Manager once training has been completed.

-is self-motivated yet team-oriented
-has 1+ years of a leadership position in restaurants
$22+/hr DOE
Our restaurant focuses on creating a well-rounded experience in a comfortable yet upscale manner. Our front of house staff are expected to carry the same level of care & attention into a dinner service as our chefs put into their dishes.
FOH Manager is a full time position once training is complete. Candidates must be available during the hours we’re opening, running service, & closing 4-5 days per week. Daily responsibilities include:
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
-hosting through the lens of a maître d'
-upkeep of our POS program
-maintaining consistent staffing & service philosophies
-aid in proper closing of restaurant
-overall upkeep of restaurant & staff performance

We work with several purveyors from the coast to bring in the highest quality seafood available to our region. Our "from scratch" mentality means all produce comes in without processing, proteins come in whole, & all bread is baked in house, allowing our staff to care for every ingredient through each step of the preparation process.
