We're looking for a highly energetic, motivated restaurant management trainee with a great attitude and people skills. Exceptional customer service is one of the major components of this position.
Position Summary:
The Manager supervises all restaurant operations, including but not limited to food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, inventory, labor control, interviewing, hiring, firing, scheduling, training, and motivating staff.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Sandwich Artist, Senior Sandwich Artist, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Manager as outlined in the job descriptions: (see online at: www.mysubwaycareer.com under job descriptions).
Pre-Requisites:
1. Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the quick-service restaurant environment, communications, and organizational skills. Also, supervisory experience is a must.
2. Physical: must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed and have basic computer skills. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
3. Must have own transportation to and from work.
4. Phone.
5. Must be available for all shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Compensation:
We offer competitive wages, tips, retirement, bonuses, cost of living adjustments, free/discounted meals, paid vacation, sick time, flexible schedules, and advancement opportunities. Total compensation package worth between $41k and $52k with cash compensation including wages, tips, and bonuses ranging from $32,000-$41,000.
