Description Robert Half is searching for a IT Support Engineer who can assist a research institute based in Everett, WA. This candidate will be responsible for escalated support, handling level 2 and 3 technical issues. This position is 100% Onsite and will be a short-term contract (3 months) with potential to extend. Job Duties:
Provide second and third-level support to 450 end users on a variety of issues.
Respond to high-volume help requests from end users via telephone, help desk tickets (Freshservice), and Microsoft Teams.
Follow step-by-step procedures to image hardware and manage devices using MS Intune.
Provide timely support for general IT tickets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage, image, and deploy system images for devices, including Dell laptops and desktops.
Create and manage user accounts, modify distribution groups, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure
Requirements
Proven experience in a level 2 and 3 IT Support capacity or related role
Skilled in imaging Windows machines (OS 10), and Dell hardware.
Knowledgeable in Active Directory user management
