Our team takes pride in maintaining a proactive, friendly work environment where each member's contribution is valued.Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage our company’s payroll system with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness and adherence to established policies and regulations. The successful candidate will be able to ensure accurate processing and recording of the company's payroll, providing timely and accurate financial information, and participating in daily data entry payroll processing.Responsibilities:
Processing large payroll accurately in a timely manner.
Importing payroll data into our database.
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
Work closely with Human Resources and Accounting departments in executing leave programs and procedures.
Generating reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years proven experience as a Payroll Specialist.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is a must.
Experience processing large payrolls, with excellent knowledge of tax and wage laws
Extremely detail oriented and highly organized, with strong multitasking skills.
Strong level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
