The Gateway Centre is now accepting applications for a Front Desk Manager. This provides administrative support for our business and our community of tenants!
Desired skills:
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 years experience in an office environment providing administrative support
Word, Excel, Publisher, Gmail and Google Calendar.
Experience in handling a high volume of phone calls on a multi phone line system
Quickbooks Experience (Helpful)
Property Management (Helpful)
Proficiencies
Detail oriented with a commitment to produce consistently accurate work
Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks using time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to have outstanding organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task
Independent problem solver with the ability to work as a collaborative member of multiple teams
Positive and friendly attitude with a focus on client/customer service
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills (google calendars, phones, etc)
Ability to function effectively with little outside direction and in an environment of change
Flexibility and sense of humor is a must!
Possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality and understanding.
Ability to easily maintain interpersonal communications with clientele and fellow staff members
On time and punctuality. Our front desk opens at 8am sharp and closes at 5pm Monday through Friday as a small team every member is essential!
