We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented team member to join our fast growing office! Primary job would be providing administrative support for Office Manager and multiple Property Managers.
Tasks depend on skill level but likely include:
opening/closing the office
answering + routing phone calls and greeting clients
data entry
scanning + copying paperwork
creating forms + Excel spreadsheets
special projects as needed
Previous office and database experience preferred. Real Estate/Property Management experience a plus! There is room for advancement for the right candidate.
Pay rate is based on experience. Hours are Mon - Fri 9:00AM - 5:00PM w/ 1 hour paid lunch.

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift
