Pay rate is hourly + tips.
Very large & fast paced line, opportunity for growth. Must be able to handle many orders on a big line, and move with a sense of urgency.

The kitchen shifts generally start at 7:30am and end around 3:30pm. We are NOT open for evening service. Weekend availability is a requirement, both Saturday and Sunday availability - non negotiable.
Employee choice of 4 or 5 days a week. 32-40 hours
Interview process will be an in-person interview plus a day trailing in the kitchen.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-prepare food in accordance to recipe and standards
-prep work, line work, and cleaning / dish duties
-understand and know entire menu and ingredients and how to prepare them
-execute completion of menu items on the line in an efficient time
-ensure quality standards of food prepared and served
-work with coworkers to successfully complete daily tasks
-Help to maintain clean, organized storage and stocking procedures through daily upkeep and weekly deep cleaning tasks.
-Keep station and environment clean in accordance to health / safety standards and expectations
-Inventory and ordering assistance
