The Bradbury is looking for motivated, enthusiastic hospitality driven individuals to add to our team. We need a proficient cook with a basic understanding of baking & pastry fundamentals and a willingness to jump out front to help with FOH duties. The Minimum You'll Do:
- Help foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-worker
- Be reliable and show up as scheduled:
- Monday, 9a-1p, kitchen prep and food runner
- Thurs & Fri, 10a-3p, kitchen prep, bus tables, and wash dishes
- Follow required policies, procedures and guideline
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic culinary and pastry production
- Familiarity with operating a POS system and running food
- Background knowledge in coffee/espresso making and an enthusiasm towards all things Beverage and Beans!
- Lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time
