We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Patient Experience Coordinator / Receptionist to join our healthcare team. This front-line position plays a vital role in ensuring every patient receives exceptional care from the moment they walk through our doors or contact our office.
Hourly Pay: $14.00

Key Responsibilities Include:
✅ Front Desk Operations
Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Keep reception area clean and organized
Process doctor-ordered services (MRIs, referrals, etc.)
✅ Patient Intake & Checkout
Register and update patient information
Verify insurance coverage
Schedule and manage appointments
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out
✅ Email & Communication
Check and respond to emails timely
Forward key messages to the doctor
✅ Customer Service & Patient Education
Assist with patient inquiries
Help patients understand services and treatment plans
Encourage and track Google reviews from new patients
✅ Marketing & Spinal Screenings
Represent the clinic at community events
Perform spinal screenings and educate the public on services
Schedule appointments and collect deposits on-site
✅ Insurance & Billing Support
Verify insurance prior to appointments
Review financial policies with patients
Work with insurance providers to ensure proper billing
✅ Sales & KPIs
Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
Track service inquiries, conversions, patient satisfaction, and referrals
✅ Appointment & Lab Coordination
Schedule chiropractic care and lab testing
Communicate with attorneys for PI patients as needed
Coordinate UPS lab pickups
✅ Data Entry & Records
Accurately update electronic health records (EHR)
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient info
✅ Conflict Resolution & Team Support
Handle patient concerns calmly and effectively
Work closely with medical and admin staff for daily flow
Who We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
A team player with a positive attitude
Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a bonus, but not required
